He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Fegley and Teresa Fegley (Linnane); and his son Duane. He is survived by: his wife Frances A. Fegley (Kalita); his children, Shawn Fegley (Leslie Kilpatrick) and Shannon Day (Michael); his grandchildren, Lily, Luke, Aiden and Keegan; and his son Steven Fegley.

Memorials may be made in his name to the Sanborn Area Historical Society or Sanborn Fire Company.
