It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Duncan of Sanborn, New York, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Duncan and Bertha Mae Duncan (Shelby); and his sister Anne Arnold (Terry). He is survived by: his wife Debra Duncan (D'Addario); his son Tyler Duncan (Alex); and his siblings, Trixie Heeter (Thomas), Nancy Hammond (Nathan), David Duncan (late Joey) and Lynn Parrish (late Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
