He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis P. Westcott and Sarah [Lusted] Westcott; his son Paul L. Westcott; and his sister Sarah Townsend. He is survived by: his wife Dolores A. [Batterson] Westcott; his daughters, Lois Reiter (Philip) and Elaine Brehm (Greg); his grandchildren, Tyler Brehm and Lindsey Brehm; and his siblings, William Westcott, Lucille Keiper, Mildred Warren and Grace Swearengen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
