She is survived by: her parents, Lewis "Bud" and Lucy Moore (Greco); her husband Mark Chudy; her children, Kevin Krzyzan (Marissa) and Eric Chudy; her stepchildren, Brian Krzyzan (Elizabeth), Michael Chudy (Michelle), Jennifer Bure (Richard) and Holly McClintock (Michael); her grandchildren, Maxwell Krzyzan, Liam, Nora Chudy, Richie Chudy, Brian, Savannah and Caleb McClintock; her siblings, William Moore (Kathleen), Michael Moore (Linda), John Moore (Sandy) and Karen Eagan (John); her nieces and nephews, Brett Moore (Jennie), Julia Moore, Kasey Turcol (Stephen), Brady Moore, Amanda Ellsworth (Keven), Christopher Ellsworth, Samantha Moore, Joe Moore, Derek Cobb and Andrew Cobb; and her great-nieces, Margaret Finley Moore and Capri Ellsworth. She is also survived by cousins and countless friends.
