She is survived by: her boyfriend Michael Klino; her children, Melanie Duchnik and Jason Duchnik; her grandchildren, Colin, Desiree, Mariah, Cameron, McKayla, Robert, Kyrie and Jace; and her siblings, Richard Duhnik, Patricia DeJesus (Hector) and Mary Anderson.
