She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Smith and Kathleen [Gruber] Smith; her spouse Glenn L. Wendt; her daughter Dr. Joanne Clews (Tony); and her sister Jane Weidert (George).
She is survived by: her children, Judy Hoover (Robert), Joy Frerichs (Richard) and Jay Wendt (Susan); her grandchildren, Robert Hoover (Darci), Christina Herlan (Mike), Thomas Hoover (Jen Schepis), Jennifer Frerichs, Michael Frerichs (Julie), Jamie Lukasiewicz (Dan), Tiffany (Vincent Aquino) and Brandon Wendt (Emma); her sister Diane Lunney (John); and her brother-in-law Forrest Wendt. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
Facial coverings and social distancing are required.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Holy Ghost Church or Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Drive, Lockport, NY 14094.
