He is survived by: his wife Joan Fasciano (McDonough); his children, Lynne Deal (Harry), James Fasciano (Laurie), Daniel Fasciano, Thomas Fasciano, Janeanne Kelly (Michael) and Angela Fasciano (Gregory Illig); his grandchildren, Julieanne, Maria, Daniel, Katie, Joseph, James, Beth, Jessica, Thomas, Joan and Angela; and his brother Nelson Fasciano (late Phyllis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
