He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard R. Woelfel and Elma Mae [Schafer] Woelfel; his daughter Michelle Woelfel; and his sibling Dale Woelfel. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie [Piasecki] Woelfel; his children, Gerald Woelfel (Suzanne Freehauf) and Roberta Sherwood (Chris Copper); his grandchildren, Brandon (Cassie) and Kaleigh Sherwood; his great grandchild Raegan; and his sister Diane Czochara (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
