It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elaine M. Moehrle of Sanborn, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Hicks and Gladys [Stewart] Sorenson; her husband Clayton E. Moehrle; and her brother Arthur Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Brian E. Moehrle (Kristi) and Lisa M. Shields (Blake); and her siblings, Ronald Leisten-Hicks (Nancy), Phillip Hicks, Karen Candella (David) and Emily Neal (late Robert). She is also survived by six grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to the Colonial Heights Free Methodist Church.
