He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Becht and Rita [Stejbach] Becht; his brothers, Robert and Ronald Becht (late Susan); and his granddaughter Haley Becht.
He is survived by: his wife Rene D. [Printup] Becht; his children, Shawn Smith (John), Nicole Jenkins (John), Joshua Becht and Hahsentwahs Clause; his in-laws, Dennis Printup and Rena Billings; his siblings, Jamie Becht (late Susan), Kris Becht (Amy), Kathleen Paluszynski (Patrick) and Lisa Becht; and his sister-in-law Kate Becht. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Meals on Wheels.
