He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Franke and Eleanor Franke (Redinger); his wife Kathleen Franke (Caccamise); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Caggiano (Jim) and Rachel Stevens (Tom); his grandchildren, Jefferson Monahan, Aiden Caggiano and Gianna Caggiano; and his siblings, Robert Franke (Bonnie), Kathryn Perkins (Rodney) and Paul Franke (Eileen). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
