He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Tilyou and Pearl Tilyou (Walker); his wife Patricia C. [Figler] Tilyou; his siblings, Ray (Joan) and Glenn Tilyou; and his niece Amy Tilyou.
He is survived by: his children, Kyle Jones (Bruce), Steve Tilyou (Cyndi), Rich Tilyou (Bonnie) and Wendy Hastings (Randy); his grandchildren, Josh, Todd, Sarah, Angela, Cassius, John, Jessica, Paul and Katie; his great grandchildren, Valerie, Matthew Liptak, Adam Tilyou and Flynne Schaffer; and his sister-in-law Paula [Figler] Bedard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc. (5893 Hoover Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132-9215). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in his name to Niagara Hospice.
