He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund E. Stevens and Ethelyn E. [Johnston] Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. [Rogers] Stevens; his son Tom Stevens (Rachel); his grandson Jefferson Monahan; his siblings-in-law, Paul and MaryAnne Rogers; and his nieces, Sydney Graziosi (Shane) and Shelby Rogers.

Memorials may be made in name to the Colonial Heights Free Methodist Church.
