He is survived by: his children, Charles Miller, Jr. (Sandra), Richard Miller (Laurel), Michael Miller (Loretta) and Rebecca Napier (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Tyler, Zachary, Jonah, Allison, Jacob, Joshua, Michael, Kennedy, Madison and Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
