He is survived by: his wife Patricia Monnen; his children, Janelle Mantione (Jason), Danielle Fruehauf (Jarrod), Matthew Schultz (Stephanie) and Anna Miller (Jason); his grandchildren, Tyjier, Sebastian, Carly, Mila, Jaxson and Cain; and his sister Anita Schultz.
