He is survived by: his parents, Sara Church and Stuart Kumm; his wife Brooklyn Banks; his son Malachi Kumm; and his siblings, William, Colt Kumm and Arielle Rosemellia (Nick). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials may be made in name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
