She was predeceased by: her parent John H. Collins; her siblings, Margie Tkazyik, Johnny Collins and Jimmy Collins; her brothers-in-law, Ray Hedrick and Mike Hedrick; and her mother-in-law Leona Elmendorf.

She is survived by: her parent Helen C. Collins; her spouse Ernest J. Hedrick Jr.; her children, Ernie Hedrick III (Ashley) of Washington, D. C. and Kristilee Hedrick (Stephen Smallhorn) of Poughkeepsie; her siblings, Kathy Clarke (Kevin) of Pittsburgh and Joe Collins (Barbara) of Manchester, NH; her brothers-in-law, Keith Hedrick (Donna) of Modena and Frank Tkazyik of Poughkeepsie; her father-in-law Ernest Hedrick Sr. (Marlene) of LaGrangeville; and her aunt Lori.
