He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Charles and Mildred Swartz (Brazee). He is survived by: his wife Wanda M. Churchill; his children, Shannon Swartz (Pino Pace) of Poughkeepsie, Danielle Swartz, Eric Dittenhoefer of Salt Point, Andrew Swartz and Dana McDonough of Millbrook; his grandchildren, Hunter Holmes, Luciano Pace, Isabella Tibodeau, Ethan Swartz, Robert Tellerday of Millbrook and Rose Muncey of Naples; and his siblings, Robert Swartz of Dover Plains, NY and Donna Ansari of Dover Plains. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
