Pollard (DeKnikker) of Salisbury Center, NY; his brother Ryon Madison of Herkimer, NY; and his aunts and uncles, Harold DeKnikker of Indiana, Lewis of Indiana, Yvonne Deknikker of Indiana, John of Indiana, Kathy Deknikker of Indiana, Bert DeKnikker of Indiana, Skip Avery, Lee, Brenda Avery, Kevin Avery, Scott, Denise Madison, Lisa Dillenbeck and Oppenheim. He is also survived by many cousins; and many dear friends.
