He was predeceased by: his parents, Blazek Danko and Laura Danko (Tompkins); his wife Barbara Danko (Foy); his son Martin Danko; and his siblings, Walter Danko, Flora Mae Desrosier and Laura Thiele.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Jeanson (Maurice) of Corinth, Mark Danko (Terry) of East Greenbush, William Danko, Jr. (Hinda) of Salem, Gail Cardner (Wayne) of Scarborough, ME, Heidi Mahay (Mark) of Saratoga Springs and Dawn LeClair (Dan) of Salem; his siblings, Shirley Delude, Richard Spass and Madeline Martel; and his grandchildren, Carrie Mavrogeorge, Melissa Guillaume, Daniel Jeanson, Matthew Jeanson, Brian Jenson, Amanda Fernandez, Brittany Hamilton, Melissa Niedhammer, Robert Danko, Kim, Leigh Danko, Catie, An Seavey, Philip Passino, Chelsea Fay, Edward Mahay, Misty Yule, Mark Mahay, Jr., Aleisha LeClair and Cody LeClair. He is also survived by his 33 great-grandchildren.
