He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Risse and Marie Risse (Smith); his wife Charlotte Risse; and his partner Laurie York-Risse. He is survived by: his daughter Tonia Risse; and his sister Melinda Risse Nutter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
