She was predeceased by: her parents, Cephas Baker and Lillian Baker (Granger); her son Michael Neil; and her siblings, Charles Baker John Baker, Helena Waldron, Dorothy Severance and Elizabeth Pratt.
She is survived by: her husband John B. Neil; her children, Linda Caruso (Andy) of Lake George, Jeanne Klein (Alan) of Mesa, AZ, Jonathan Neil (Sue) of Shushan and Debi Woroby (late Edward) of Salem; and her sister Lillian Cleveland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
