He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Becker Middlebrook; his children, Susan Goodbred (John) of Clifton Park, Kris Eastman (Mark) of Salem, Paige Ford (Jim) of Vinton, Toby Middlebrook (Ambi) of Spanish Fork and Kenny Rice (Sarah) of Poultney, VT; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Jeffrey Korsak, Jennifer Connally, Joshua, John Goodbred II, Jeremy Eastman (Samantha), Austin Eastman (Morgan), Mackenzie, Griffin Ford, David, Delaney, Charles, Kolton, Kyler Middlebrook and Tyler Rice; his great grandchildren, Harper Connally, Luke, Jameson Eastman and Karsyn Eastman; and his friend Gary O'Connor.
