We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 82, Janice L. Neil of Salem, New York, born in Schuylerville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis DeFabio and Rozina DeFabio (Gay). She is survived by: her husband Clifford Neil; and her children, Todd Neil (Bonnisue) of Queensbury, Suzanne Neil of Salem, Scott Neil (Stacy) of Granville and Karie Truehart (Fred) of Salem. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
