He was predeceased by: his parents, Cassius Washburn and Gail Burch; and his sister Gail "Peanut" Law. He is survived by: his wife April Washburn (Livingston); his children, Brooke Washburn and James Jr. (Casey); his granddaughter Jacelynn Washburn; and his siblings, Lisa Matthews, Laurie Smith, George Beagle and Rodney Beagle. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
