He was predeceased by: his father Bertin Girard; his grandfather Jean B. Madore; his uncle Jean Madore, Jr.; his grandparents, Clarence Girard and Eugenie Girard (Therrien); and his pet Border Collie Blaze.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberli A. Meehan Girard; his son Joshua Dennis (Makenzie O'Brien) of Hebron, NY; his mother Maxine Madore Girard (Madore) of Terryville, CT; his brother Danny Girard (Erin) of Bethel, CT; and his grandmother Eva Madore of Plainville, CT.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
