He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Olga, Cliff Andersen, Josephine and Dewey David DeCarlo; and his uncle Keith M. Andersen.
He is survived by: his children, Cody Andersen DeCarlo of New Jersey and Jazmin DeCarlo Cruz of Ohio; his grandchildren, Angel, Natalie, Nathan and Natazha; his parents, Janet DeCarlo and David DeCarlo of Greenwich; and his siblings, Cliff DeCarlo (Jennifer), Karen Drost (Jim) and Marie DeCarlo-Drost (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
