She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chadwick and Mabel Chadwick (Lockwood); her husband Robert G. Slater; her daughter Cathy Brown Millard; her son-in-law Garry Brown; and her siblings, Otis L. Chadwick, Glen Chadwick (Pearl), Emma Linendoll (Floyd), Horace Chadwick and Marie Chadwick.
She is survived by: her pet Prince; her children, Susan Kyer (Chris) of Texas, James Slater of Greenwich, Sandra Petteys (Daniel) of Argyle, Robbin Slater (Rose), Mindy Morris of Salem, Elana Andrew (Richard) of Salem and George Millard of Burke, NY; her brother LaVern Chadwick of Deleon Springs, FL; her sister-in-law Venita Chadwick; her grandchildren, Bruce Kyer, Julie Prewitt, Jeremy Slater, Jesse Slater, Daniel Petteys, Shawn Petteys, Jennifer McDonald, Sabrina Brown, Renay Slater, Rebecca Slater, Ryan Slater, Joseph Andrew and Kora Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Brenden, Lea, Lauren, Lindsey Kyer, Jacklynn, Jessica Prewitt, Evan, Derrick, Teagan, Presley Slater, Kayleighonia Petteys, Jonathan Bowling, Maddie Linendoll, Lily and Mason Andrew. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
