He was predeceased by: his mother Fern Wagner. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Powell; his children, Daniel Wagner (Katia), Heather Wagner of Salamanca and Carrie Oliver (Eric) of Olean; and his grandchildren, Mia Wagner and Owen Oliver. He is also survived by eight half-brothers, a half-sister.
