He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Bauer and Sarah W. Bauer (Uplinger); and his siblings, William Bauer and Elizabeth Bauer. He is survived by: his sons, Jared Frary of Salamanca, NY and Jake Frary of Olean, NY; and his siblings, Dian Tancar of Lewis Run, Judy Meeks of Penn Yan, NY, Dawn Bauer of Turtlepoint, Thomas Bauer Jr. of Carmichael, CA and John E. Bauer of Bradford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the SPCA.
