She was predeceased by: her parent John Chopan; her son Marvin Hubbard; her grandson Matthew Hubbard; her siblings, Betty Hahn, Anna Van, Margaret Mendell, Mary Chopan and Andrew Chopan; and also, John Chopan, Paul Chopan and Steve Chopan.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Terpak Chopan; her children, Sheila Foreman of Alfred, NY and Michael Hubbard of Red House, NY; her sister Helen Taylor of McKees Rock, PA; and her grandchildren, Allyson (Rob), Erin (Jared), Sheila (Kevin), Tyler Foreman (Chrissy), Thomas Foreman (Shari) and Derek Foreman (Jennie).
