He was predeceased by: his parents, James Letcher and Kathryn David Letcher; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his children, Betsy Reffner (Fred) of Jackman, ME, Alice Pusser (Graylan) of Adamsville, TN, Amy Reed (Robert) of Little Valley, NY, Samuel (Dee) and Harry Letcher of Great Valley, NY. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
