He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Waite and Mary Schreckengost Waite; and his siblings, Ramona Waite and Richard E. Waite. He is survived by: his brothers, David Waite (Cindy) of Salamanca, NY and Daniel Waite. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
