Rovena Watt Abrams Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rovena Watt Abrams (Salamanca, New York), who passed away on January 6, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Watt and Nettie Huff Watt; and her siblings, Ruth Watt Piscitelli, Maribel Watt Printup, Merle Watt Sr., Milburn "Bud" Watt, Harold Watt and Elwin "Sparky" Watt.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Abrams (Renee), Brian Abrams (Linda) and Stephen Abrams (Julie); her grandchildren, Zak Abrams, Katy Abrams, Caleb Abrams (Jodi Lynn Maracle), Reesa Abrams and Nathan Abrams; her great grandchildren, Yehwatsironnyons Maracle Hill of Rorhen's Abrams and Iotsi'tsakéhte Abrams; and her sister Carolyn Brant (Randy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke INC Funeral Home (25 River St, Salamanca, NY 14779). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Faithkeeper's School, 1431 West Perimeter Rd, PO Box 136, Steamburg, NY 14783.
