He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. "Frank" Murphy and Margarite M. Brockenshire Murphy; his wife Rebecca Scott; and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin (Diane) and John; and his aunt June Tice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
