She was predeceased by: her father Robert S. Moore; and her husband Don Terhune. She is survived by: her mother Shirley J. Blum Moore (Jeff Frazier) of Ellicottville, NY; her brother Frank Moore (Cynthia) of Ellicottville, NY; her half-siblings, Anne Kasabeck of Sheffield, PA, Jack Moore (Connie) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Bud Moore; her stepchildren, Kelli Terhune of Phoenix, AZ and Chris Terhune of Salamanca, NY; her niece Jessica Schultz (Joe) of Ellicottville, NY; and her nephew Rob Moore (Katie) of Cheektowaga, NY. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates and suggests memorials be sent to any charity that aids in the support of those suffering from lung cancer.
