She was predeceased by: her parent Herman L. Brown; and her sister Julie Brate. She is survived by: her parent Mark; and her siblings, Valerie Slingerland (Howard) of Westerlo, NY, Denise O'Brien, Glen Ambuske and Gregory Ambuske.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for a memorial bench for the group home in Randolph be made to the O'Rourke Monument Company, 23 River Street, Salamanca, NY 14779.
