He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella White and John Kircher; and his stepfather Claude Sanford. He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Hilliman (Doug) of Salamanca, NY, Valerie White of Salamanca, NY, Larry White (Sherlynn) of Leesville, LA and Kenneth White (Chris Wendt) of Buffalo, NY; and his close friend Bill Smith (Shannon) of Salamanca, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to the Allegany County Association for the Blind, 26 Jefferson, Wellsville, NY 14895.
