It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Evans of Salamanca, New York, who passed away on May 7, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Evans and Eva Godfrey Evans; his children, Dennis Evans and Lisa Marie Evans; and his brother Nelson Evans.
He is survived by: his sister Jane Blough (Terry) of Olean, NY.
