With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald H. Opferbeck (Salamanca, New York), who passed away on July 27, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz Opferbeck and Mildred Rice Opferbeck; and his siblings, Edna Edmonds and Daniel Opferbeck. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Arena (Mark) of LaGrange, GA, Kimberly Opferbeck and Jacqueline Opferbeck (Wayne Conklin); his grandchildren, Stacy Gale (Jason) of La Grange, GA, Elizabeth Arena, Holly Thompson (Andrew), Angela Bialaszewski (Andy Newark) and Daniel Bialaszewski (Leigh); and his brothers, Willard Opferbeck (Doris) of Salamanca, NY and Richard Opferbeck (Kate) of Salamanca, NY.
