She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel Hook and Alethea Chamberlain Hook; her husband Milton "Babe" Spry; and her sister Donna Ferrara. She is survived by: her children, Susan Wilder (Gary) of Salamanca, NY, Mark Spry (Laura) of Salamanca, NY and Dave Spry (Kathy) of Salamanca, NY; and her siblings, Shirley Harrington of Great Valley, NY, Paul Hook (Janet) of Sawmill Run and Thomas Hook (Norma) of Sawmill Run. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Salamanca Public Library Memorial Fund.
