He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lori Hutchison of Salamanca, NY and Bernard Isaac Sr.; his brothers, Bernard Isaac Jr. of Salamanca, NY and Damon Biscup (Chailah) of Salamanca, NY; his grandfather Clayton Hutchison of Salamanca, NY; his brother Chase Biscup Redeye; and his grandmothers, Carol Maybee and Joan Isaac.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to the Salamanca Youth Center, 30 South Avenue, Salamanca, NY.
