We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2024, at the age of 90, Donna M. Zalewski of Salamanca, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Prusinowski and Ella Rojek Prusinowski; her son Kevin Zalewski; and her siblings, Robert Prusinowski (Celia), Margie Shurilla (Andy) and Paul Prusinowski.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Mendell (David) of Salamanca, NY, Carol Swetland (Mike) of Hinsdale, NY and Kenny Zalewski (Julie) of Little Valley, NY; her grandchildren, Kristie Pascarella (Andy), Ryan Mendell (Katie) and Kyle Mendell (Sabrina Gilman); her great grandchildren, Jaida, Cameron, Carson, Aliya, Kenzie and Kaia; and her sister Jane Calvert of Olean, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the charities she cared about the most; EARS, P.O. Box 445, Salamanca, NY, or St Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
