He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blocher and Thelma Tredennick Blocher; and his siblings, Patrick Blocher and Audrey Krysick. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Blocher of Salamanca, NY and Donald Blocher of Olean, NY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
