He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce Owens and Muriel Pangborn Owens; and his children, Diane Bartlett (Raymond) of Salamanca, NY, Dennis J. Roth, Timothy Roth and Michael Roth (Carriann). He was also cherished by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a sister, Lonnie Owens, FL; two brothers.
