He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vicki Brown Birt of Falconer, NY and Richard Freeman; and his siblings, Shannon Hallowell (Jeremy Spinler) of Sherman, NY, Felicia Freeman of Lake City, FL and Richard Freeman III of Lake City, FL. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
