He was predeceased by: his mother Priscilla Keith Adams; his sister Mona Taylor; and his grandparents, Paul and Gloria Naeder. He is survived by: his father Clinton David Sr. Howie (Lynn) of Jamestown, NY.; his sister Danielle Howie of Jamestown, NY; his son Jack Breen; the mother of his child Heather O'Connor of Jamestown, NY; his nieces, Jasmine, Delisa and Keyanna; his nephew Kaden; his aunt Kathleen Madison of Jamestown, NY; and his close friends, Clevon, Blake, Maceo, Alfie, Umar and Joe. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
