He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Dalaba of Salamanca, NY; his daughters, Michelle and Diana; his stepson Jeffrey Felt; his brother Craig Higgins (Pam Davis) of Falconer, NY; and his close friends, Debora Hocoban, Heather Donaldson and Daniel Lafferty.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association or the Diabetes Foundation.
