With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Skoken (Salamanca, New York), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2020 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Skoken (Cindy) of Salamanca, NY. and Malinda Haines (Wendell) of Salamanca, NY.; his daughters, River Skoken of Salamanca, NY and Maleena Adamzcak; his sister Molly Wojtowicz (Justin) of Randolph, NY; his grandparents, Virgle Poling (Sandra) of Bradford, PA and Susan Skoken of Salamanca, NY; and his nephews, Laiden of Randolph, NY and Madden Wojtowicz of Randolph, NY. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be sent to EARS, P.O. Box 445, Salamanca, NY 14779.
