She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Poling and Georgia Poling; her daughter Rolanna Kim Schreckengost; and her sisters, Ruth Carder, Norma Jean Jones and Theresa Weidlich.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Van Note (David), Dodie Nolet (Jay), Tina Gullifer (Paul), Fay Schaefer, MD (Mike), Mary Owens (Billy), LeRoy Schreckengost (Jamie) of Vail, AZ and Adam Schreckengost (Patti). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; five sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
